  Terms and Conditions

Lesson fees
Lesson fees are payable in advance or at the beginning of each lesson. The minimum lesson duration is one hour.
Lesson fees can be paid in cash to the instructor or by debit / credit card online via the website prior to your lesson commencing. Late payments, unless agreed prior to your lesson with your instructor will incur the following charges.

  • Late payment not received by 6pm on the day of the lesson   £2.50
  • For each further day payment has not been received by 6pm £1.50

Cancellations / Duration
To allow the instructor time to plan effectively, 24 hours notice is required for any changes or cancellations of lessons. Failure to give the appropriate notice will result in the following charges becoming payable.

  • Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or alteration of duration of lesson £10.00
  • Less than 12 hours notice of cancellation or alteration of duration of lesson £15.00
  • No notice to cancel lesson will result in the full lesson fee becoming payable.


Lesson times / collection & drop off

Your instructor will do everything possible to ensure that your lessons start and finish on time, but reserves the right to cancel postpone or change lesson lengths and times under certain circumstances (e.g. dangerous weather conditions).
In the event of lesson changes by the instructor, lesson fees paid in advance or an appropriate portion thereof will be carried forward with no loss to the pupil.

All lessons will start and finish at the same location unless prior arrangements are made at least 24 hours in advance. If you decide to start or finish at a different location without making the necessary arrangements in advance your instructor may need to start your lesson late or finish the lesson early to allow time travelling to the next appointment.

Special Offers & Discounts
All special offers must be paid in full in advance or at the beginning of the first lesson. All offers are subject to conditions and available to each pupil only once.

4 Hours £49.95
This offer is available to all new pupils only once and must be taken as two 2 hour lessons (4 hours), charged at £49.95. This offer cannot be used for Pass Plus, motorway or refresher lessons, or in conjunction with any other offer other than the Christmas special offer. The full amount (4 hours) is payable at the start of the first lesson.

First hour FREE
The first lesson will be a minimum of two hours duration and the first hour will be free to the pupil, any subsequent hours will be charged at the normal hourly rate. The full amount is payable at the start of the first lesson.
This offer  cannot be used for Pass Plus, motorway or refresher lessons, or in conjunction with any other offer.

Block booking discount
This offer is available to all pupils and must be taken as five 2 hour lessons (10 hours), the full amount is payable in advance. This offer cannot be used for Pass Plus, motorway or refresher lessons, or in conjunction with any other offer.

Discounted driving lessons

This offer is available to all pupils the full amount is payable at the start of each lesson. This offer cannot be used for Pass Plus, motorway or refresher lessons, or in conjunction with any other offer.

Driving Test
It is the pupils responsibility to ensure that the instructors car is available at the appropriate time when booking a driving test, the instructor can not be held responsible for the loss of test fees due to unavailability. The instructors ADI registration number must be used when booking driving tests to avoid conflict with existing driving test appointments.

When using your instructors vehicle It will be necessary to pay for a minimum 2 hour lesson to cover the driving test appointment.

In the interests of all pupils, public safety and the safety of driving local examiners, your instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of the driving school vehicle for the test. This action would only be taken if, in the instructors expert opinion the pupils standard of driving on the test day is actually or potentially dangerous and therefore not up to driving test standard.

Ten working days notice (not including weekends and public holidays) are required by the DSA for driving test cancellation. Failure to provide requisite notice of cancellation will result in the forfeit of the test fee.

It is the pupils responsibility to ensure that all documentation required for the driving test is legal and correct. The instructor cannot be held responsible for the loss of any test fees due to incorrect documentation.

If the driving test is cancelled due to a mechanical defect or breakdown of the instructors car, the test fee will be reimbursed by the instructor.
